Buying in bulk will save you money and give YOU control on how your beef is processed.

PROCESS AND FILL OUT THE CUT SHEET (what cuts you want)!
Whole beef carcass (hanging weight) is $6.00 /lb.
1/2 beef carcass (hanging weight) is $7.00/ lb
- Carcass averages between 175-250 lbs hanging weight
We use several butchers in the area for your custom processing.
Processing costs range from $0.75- $1.00 per pound depending on butcher specs.
This charge is separate because you pay the butcher directly at time of pickup, or if you want to add any additional services they provide, that's up to you!
Your beef will be cut to your specifications, packaged and frozen.
NO WORRIES if you would like us to help/ suggest cuts we will be glad to help you with that.
The rule of thumb: You need approx. 1 cubic foot of storage space for each 30 lbs of meat. A standard milk crate is approx. 1 cubic foot. So, you will need approx 5 cubic feet for 1/2 carcass or 10 cubic feet for a whole carcass
